Tata Group across the world celebrates July as “Ethics Month” since it is the birthday month of Mr. J R D Tata, our former Chairman who is known to be a pioneer in promoting Ethics. For the group of TSTH, the event is scheduled for three months since July to September 2019. On July 1, all areas arranged for employees to pledge for TCOC.
The theme of Ethics Month this year is “Integrity Matters”. All of us will recall Integrity is 1 of the 5 Tata Values. What is Integrity? Integrity means doing the right thing at all times and in all circumstances whether anyone is watching or not. Khun Rajiv Mangal, President and CEO of TSTH have addressed this and urge all of us to participate in various activities that will be arranged by Ethics Committees at all locations for strengthening the deployment of Tata Code of Conduct in words and spirit.
