Tata Steel (Thailand) Group and Tata Group’s Companies in Thailand cooperated with Klong Tumru Subdistrict Administrative Organization and community arranged “FORest FOR Life FOR Our Beloved KING Year 9th”.
The employees planted over 1,000 mangroves and created artificial local coral known as “Sang-kor” which made from wood scraps or tree branches to restore the natural environment for living creatures in mangrove forests at Mangrove Forest Learning Center, Klong Tumru Subdistrict, Muang District, Chonburi Province.
This project is an environmental conservation project which is one of the main CSR missions of Tata Steel (Thailand) Group and to honor His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and to honor His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua, our beloved King of Thailand.
Tata Steel (Thailand) Group also donated 60 dozens of Tata drinking water to Klong Tumru Subdistrict Administration Organization, Chonburi Province to support social, cultural, sports, and recreational activities in Klong Tamru community, which is in the province where our plant is located.
